What does it cost?
Making the book is free. A printed copy is €39, VAT included, for any number of pages. Shipping is extra and depends on your address and the shipping option you pick. You see the full price before you pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to more than 200 countries and territories, across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Before you pay, you see the shipping options for your address. Outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery; the recipient pays them.
How long does delivery take?
Each book is printed for you, then posted. Before you pay, you see the shipping options for your address, each with its price and expected delivery dates.
What is the book like?
A hardcover, 21.6 × 21.6 cm (8.5 × 8.5 in), with 24 to 84 full-colour pages. The price is the same for any number of pages.
Can I order more than one copy?
Yes, up to 10 copies in one order. Each copy is €39.
Do I need ChatGPT Plus?
It works with ChatGPT. Free plans have limits on images, which may slow you down. A paid plan makes more pictures faster.
Can I use Claude or another AI?
Yes, if your AI can make images. ChatGPT works best today.
Can I change things after it’s made?
Yes. Ask in the same chat: “a bigger dog”, “a different ending”. Every change is saved as a version, and nothing prints until you order.
Will my child look the same on every page?
Yes. From your photo, your AI first draws your child once. You check that drawing, and it is used for every page.
Is it a good gift?
Yes. For a birthday, a new baby in the family, or from grandparents to a grandchild.
What if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email support@papergarden.ai within 30 days with a photo, and we reprint it or refund you. Each book is printed for you, so you can’t cancel or return it once printing starts.
